This monument was erected in 2005 to commemorate the 1600th anniversary of the creation of the Armenian alphabet. It features stone carvings of the 39 Armenian letters. The Armenian alphabet has been used to write the Armenian language since the year 405 or 406 and is still used to present the Armenian language in written form. It was devised by Saint Mesrop Mashtots, an Armenian linguist and ecclesiastical leader, in order to make the Bible accessible to Armenians and spread Christianity. Originally it contained 36 letters and had been completed in the Middle Ages. The monument stands as a testament to Armenia's linguistic heritage and is a fascinating display of stone artistry.

With approximately 500 plant species, including California Sequoias and a Fir Greenhouse, the park offers a diverse botanical experience. A wooden bridge within the park is associated with a local tradition: making a wish while crossing it for the first time is believed to make the wish come true.
